Continuing education (CE) credit for Chiropractors in attendance of ART seminars is administered by the Northeast College of Health Sciences (Northeast College). *Alabama, Idaho, Iowa, North Carolina, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming do not require preapproval.
*Maine does not have Continuing Education requirements.
ART does not have preapproval from New York. A certificate of attendance will be provided to all attendees following the seminar.

- Paraphrase Relative Motion and how it pertains to ART treatment.
- Interpret Single-loop Negative Feedback and how it pertains to ART treatment.
- Recite the four basic components of ART treatment protocols.
- Recognize common symptom patterns of upper extremity neuromuscular injuries and disorders.
- Identify 60 anatomical structures of the upper extremity.
- Recall origin and insertion of 60 upper extremity structures.
- Palpate 60 anatomical soft-tissue structures within the upper extremity, using an appropriate tension, depth, and motion to properly perform the treatment protocol.
- Summarize the cellular response to ART® treatment on soft tissue structures.
- Instruct a patient to perform concentric and eccentric muscle contractions.
- Properly select treatment protocols which help to reduce pain, improve ROM, and restore function for a patient/client to return to ADL, sport, or other desired activity outcome.
- Properly perform treatment protocols which help to reduce pain, improve ROM, and restore function for a patient/client to return to ADL, sport, or other desired activity outcome.
- Compare between healthy and unhealthy tissue utilizing hands-on palpation techniques.
- Identify a muscle or soft tissue that is not contracting properly through palpation and patient assessment.
- Palpate, differentiate, and treat the structures of the hand.
- Palpate, differentiate, and treat the structures of the wrist.
- Palpate, differentiate, and treat the structures of the forearm.
- Palpate, differentiate, and treat the structures of the upper arm.
- Palpate, differentiate, and treat the structures of the shoulder.
- Recite the physiological methodology of ART’s Diagnostic Algorithm.
ART Seminars consist of 80% or more hands-on practice and training, with attendees receiving immediate feedback from instructors and other attendees.

Day 1 & Day 2:
- 8:00 AM-12:00 PM: Protocol Review
- 1:00 PM-5:00 PM: Protocol Review
Day 3:
- 7:30 AM-12:00 PM: Testing

- ARTMan: Our iPad and web-based application includes a digital version of our manual plus exclusive video demonstrations of the protocols. ARTMan can be linked with the Visible Body Suite App (separate purchase) for more in-depth study. ARTMan is exclusively available to active ART Certified Providers.
- Paper Manual: Optional paper manual. (Free for attendees registering as New Certification/Student. Available as an additional purchase for Recertification attendees.)
Appropriate attire:
- Most of our seminars consist of hands-on practice on attendees. Wear clothing which allows for ease of movement so that fellow attendees may easily palpate and practice protocols on you. Athletic attire, shorts, yoga pants, t-shirts, joggers, athletic polo shirts and tops are most appropriate.
Testing:
- Recertification attendees will test on Friday and Saturday during the seminar on six protocols at a time determined by the instructor. With rare exceptions, all recertification testing will be completed by 5:00 PM on Saturday.
- New Certification attendees (including Students) will test on six protocols on Sunday morning beginning at 7:30 AM. Each test will take no more than 15 minutes. Attendees should plan to arrive no less than 15 minutes before their scheduled practical test and may leave as soon as they complete their exam. (Testing may end as late as 12:00 PM. Please plan accordingly).
Miscellaneous:
- Portable tables: At most seminars outside of Colorado Springs, we ask that attendees bring a portable table, if possible. As an incentive, you will be entered into a raffle for a $900 credit toward your next ART seminar if you bring a table. Look for more information in our post-registration emails.
Special Discounts:
ART provides discounts for current and recently graduated students as well as current and former military members.
Students who are currently enrolled in an academic program or who have graduated less within a year are eligible for $700 off their New Certification seminars. Please use code STUDENTDISCOUNT at checkout. Students will be asked to upload proof of eligibility (current class schedule, diploma with graduation date, etc) after checkout.
Current and Former Military members may receive 10% off all seminars. Use code MILITARY10 at checkout. You will be asked to provide proof of military service after checkout.
