ART Advanced Full Body Online provides instruction and training covering a variety of commonly used and most current ART treatment protocols. Refresh your clinical skills in palpation and evaluation during this live online seminar. Full Body Level 1 certification is a prerequisite. ART Advanced Full Body Online provides evidence-based instruction of the necessary knowledge and skills to detect and treat soft-tissue dysfunction throughout the human body. During the seminar, attendees review basic human anatomy, physiology, and pathology, which provide the basis for instruction on appropriate use and execution of manual protocols. Attendees will also learn how to evaluate and treat soft-tissue dysfunctions and pathologies using the ART Diagnostic Algorithm. ART protocols can by used to treat a broad list of dysfunctions, including headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen should, and other complex soft-tissue dysfunctions.

Eligibility: Participants must be Full Body Level 1 ART certified (Lower Extremity 1, Spine 1, and Upper Extremity 1) and have been ART certified within the past two (2) years. Participants may not take consecutive online seminars.

  • Summarize the physiological methodology of ART’s Diagnostic Algorithm.

  • Recall anatomy of soft-tissue structures to properly identify, palpate, and treat all necessary anatomical structures utilizing ART treatment protocols.

  • Recognize common symptom patterns of lower extremity, spine, and upper extremity neuromuscular injuries and disorders.

  • Recall how to properly select treatment protocols which help to reduce pain, improve ROM, and restore function for a patient/client to return to ADL, sport, or other desired activity outcome.

  • Recall how to properly perform treatment protocols which help to reduce pain, improve ROM, and restore function for a patient/client to return to ADL, sport, or other desired activity outcome.

  • Recall how to correctly move a muscle from its shortened to elongated position.

  • Recall how to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy tissues utilizing hands-on palpation techniques.

  • Recall how to palpate anatomical soft-tissue structures within the human body, using an appropriate tension, depth, and motion to properly perform treatment protocols.

  • Recall how to identify and treat affected tissues responsible for a patient’s symptoms.

  • Recall how to assess soft-tissue neuromuscular injuries and disorders utilizing differential palpation and ART’s Diagnostic Algorithm.

  • Recall how to treat soft-tissue neuromuscular injuries and disorders utilizing the proper ART protocols.

Prerequisites:
Eligible healthcare professional license or a student enrolled in a program resulting in such license (Doctor of Chiropractic, Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapy Assistant, Athletic Trainer/Therapist, Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical/Osteopathic Doctor, Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Podiatrist).

Certification in each of the following seminars (Full Body Level 1 certification):

  • Lower Extremity Level 1
  • Spine Level 1
  • Upper Extremity Level 1


Attendees must have been ART certified within the past two (2) years. Participants may not take consecutive online seminars.

Seminar Schedule
ART Seminars consist of 80% or more hands-on practice and training, with attendees receiving immediate feedback from instructors and other attendees.

  • 4:00 PM MST-5:00 PM MST: Case Study Presentation
  • 5:00 PM MST-8:00 PM MST: Review of ART Fundamentals, Differential Palpation & Protocols

Seminar Completion:
All attendees must be present for the full instructional portion (3.5 contact hours) and pass the written pre-credentialing exam to successfully complete the seminar.

Testing:

  • Recertification attendees are required to complete the online credentialing exam within two days post-seminar and achieve a 90% mark to successfully pass the seminar.
